Study On The Problems Of Customs Cooperation Between China And Kazakhstan

As a government function department supervising and managing the entering and leaving cargo and goods, Customs plays an important role in the development of one country's economy and trade. With the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration, enhanced International Customs cooperation to achieve the trade facilitation has become a consensus among all countries. China, the world's second largest economy unity, has carried out fruitful Customs cooperation with many countries. In Central Asia area, China and the five Central Asian countries are also actively developing the region's customs cooperation, in which customs cooperation between China and Kazakhstan is relatively abundant, this is also the main research of this thesis. Based on the theory of International Customs cooperation, this paper analyzes the necessities of Customs cooperation between China and Kazakhstan and mechanisms and legal safeguards of Customs cooperation between China and Kazakhstan have been reviewed. Then, it analyzes the problems existed in the Customs cooperation between China and Kazakhstan, and proposes some concrete suggestions towards these problems.
