A Legal Study On International Labor Services Cooperation Between China And Kazakhstan

With the rapid development of economy, the number of China's labor export is increasing year over year, covering more and more fields. For us China full of rich labor resource, it's a pretty good way to participate in the international cooperation, to help solve the problem of employment and to support the internal economical construction in our country. The Republic of Kazakhstan, bordering on China, is a country with much land and few people. The perfect labor cooperation between China and Kazakhstan can promote the economic development in west Xinjiang region, and further boost the whole economic level in our country.This article introduces the economic relationship between China and Kazakhstan firstly. Forward, the article explains the present system of international labor cooperation between two countries, labor market in Kazakhstan and its foreign labor management regulations, and then puts forward the potential problems existing in two countries. The article, by analyzing the reasons for the above-mentioned problems, brings forward the countermeasures to our exporting labor to Kazakhstan. The objective is to establish statute about foreign labor cooperation and improve related judicial practice, which is to further promote the legislation process of foreign labor cooperation, build up a guarantee environment with legal and promote the further cooperation of international labors between China and Kazakhstan.
