After the Second World War, with the accelerated development of economic globalization, the relations between countries is becoming closer, which challenges traditional theory of power that is centered on the states. Susan Strange, based on her research, proposed new theory of power -- the structural power, and built up her international political economics system centered on the structural power. The viewpoint of structural power is the international political economy. The structural power, as a kind of non-traditional power, is playing more and more role in the international society, and receiving more and more attention. This paper analyzed structural power in terms of the background, the four basic structures and four secondary structures, the differences and similarities between structural power and the traditional theory of realistic power and soft power. And then summed up the enlightenment of structural power to the internationalization of Chinese enterprises and to prevent the financial crisis. The paper is divided into four parts: content, body part, acknowledgements and bibliography. The body part is divided into five chapters: introduction, chapter 1 to chapter 4. The introduction introduced the reason for studying Susan Strange's structural power; The first chapter is mainly discussed the conditions and historical background of Strange's international political and economic theory; In the second chapter, the four basic source of the structural power ---- security structure, production structure, financial structure and knowledge structure are discussed and analyzed. In the third chapter, the differences and similarities between structural power and traditional theory of power and soft power are analyzed; In the fourth part, the enlightenment of the structural power to the internationalization of Chinese enterprises and the to prevent the financial crisis are discussed.
