A Study On The Legal System Of Free Trade Zone In Our Country

In the global economic liberalization and regional economic integration, the countries around the world establish different free trade zones, including the International FTA and domestic FTZ. They play important roles in the introduction of foreign capital and advanced technology to promote national economic development. China must follow the advanced experience of other countries in the world and promote the establishment of FTZ. However, domestic scholars have a lot of confusion in the concept of free trade zone, characteristics, operation mode and its differences with the international FTZ. Therefore, studying the legal issues of the domestic free trade zone has extremely important theoretical significance and practical value. This passage gradually writes around the transition. Because the open door policy in China was three decades, the legal system is not mature. Building free trade zones in China need many things to try. One of the most important aspects is the laws coordination. The author tried to analyze today's world of free trade typical of the domestic operation of the park and the legal system.
