Study On The Reform Of China's Househole Register Institution

Househole register institution is an important social management system, through which the state and government can learn of population and enact relevant policy. So the rulers always lay much stress on this policy. From ancient times, we can see the shadow of the Househole register institution in home and abroad. With the difference of time and region, this system is given different names and there is also some variety in specific content. In this part, through the analysis of the basic theory of househole register institution and the two fundamental rights, we hope to find the theoretical basis of the reform of the system and the value of pursuing the reform goals.After introducing the basic theory, the second part of the article from househole register institution of China describes the development process and the status quo of the system.
