Antitrust Scrutiny Physical System Of Operator Concentration

China's Ministry of Commerce made a public announcement on banning the purchasing of Huiyuan Juice Co., Ltd. by Coca-Cola Co., Ltd, on Mar.18th,2009. We can see the application of antitrust scrutiny system in individual cases through the announcement. The essay tries to summarize the regimes of antitrust scrutiny system of operator concentration that are used in practice through the announcement, and puts forward series of problems, which are analyzed deeply later. The analysis is made according to the time of applications of the regimes, with the announcement as the point of penetration and theories of antitrust legal system as the guide. Systems abroad are also been compared. Finally, some relevant proposals, on the basis of theories and legislative experience abroad, are offered to perfect the antitrust scrutiny system of operator concentration.
