Mass incidents are the manifestation of social contradictions. Our country is under a period of social transition at present, meanwhile under a period of enormous contradictions. Currently, our country is in the crucial period of economic and social development, the existing institutional mechanism of social development can not keep up the pace gradually apparent contradictions. Assemblage of many contradictions have initiate frequent mass incidents, which was seen as a big and important problem of China's current social problems.The occurrence of mass incidents is the inevitable pains of social development, which can, at some extent, affect people's normal work, life and public order. The present stage of mass incidents in China is still mainly to people's internal contradictions as the main form. But in recent years, the increasing incidence of mass-oriented, even appeared in groups of no direct conflict of interest events, which seriously affect China's social stability, which is also against the concept of building a socialist harmonious society.This paper analyzed the China's contradictions that appeared in recent years and hope that through the analysis of mass incidents in the conflict to find the path to resolve the problem. The paper discussed in four parts, which respectively from the mass incidents, as well as contradictory concepts, the causes, influence and disposal of the relevant policy proposals to carry out elaborate. The paper analyzed some typical mass incidents, such as labor, cadres, wealth and class. This paper used conflict analysis, and drew the related western conflict theory. Discussed the causes and signs of mass conflicts, which hopes to sort out the contradictions to find ways to resolve conflicts, and reference by relevant departments.
