In today's society, false advertising endorsements is widespread and this has a great negative impact on people's lives and bring about social problems, causing wide concern in society. A considerable part of consumers infringed by the false advertising endorsements start to take the legal means to protect their legitimate rights and interests on behalf of the ad a false prophet to court. There are Looping v. Liu Carina cosmetics false endorsement case in Kiang xi Province and case of Li Mike v. Gout Toning for Tide detergent power false endorsement in Kiang so Province and many other cases of false advertising endorsements. However, in most of such cases, of the results victim consumer's requests to protect rights through litigation are often not to be supported by the court. In this paper, analysis of related cases of false advertising endorsements is made and the concept of false advertising endorsements was defined. The paper analyzed the social and legal reasons for false advertising endorsements, demonstrated a voice that the person who made false advertising endorsements shall bear legal liability, and shall bear the legal responsibility With the views the paper explored the way of the implementation of legal remedies on the damage caused by false advertising endorsements under the existing legal conditions and limitations of such remedies.This paper studied the situation on the legislative acts of false advertising endorsements in developed countries, demonstrated a voice that it is reasonable and necessary for the person who made a false endorsement of products or services to bear the civil liability for damages to victim consumers. This can be provided directly by legislative means in order to fundamentally solve the legal problems of false endorsements and build a harmonious economic society.
