A Research On Traffic Accident Behavior

Currently, as the development of transportation, more and more traffic accident was happen. Some of the peacebreaker even flee in order to escape the obligation, in spite of the victim'life. In fact, how to disposal the people runaway is now becoming to be intractable. The Jurisconsult have their own different opinions, but never come to an agreement. The article on escaping from traffic accident can be found everywhere,but obviously that it isn't change much in the frame of current legislation.it is much necessarily to open out the original appearance of the escape behavior An "explain" which was issued by the supreme court is refer to this question, the explain just ending one controversy and arose another. Some problems are still unsettled. So I wrote this article,hoping that I can provide some viable suggestions to the future legislation.In this paper I mainly talk about the evolution of the traffic offence since the establishment of the new china and it's concept and composing to explore the track of the development of escaping from the traffic accident, discuss the essence of escaping in criminal law, discuss what it should be. Developing the behavior theory of the criminal system of the continental law system and China's criminal system can't be separated from the restraint of their respective criminal system. I also talk about the application, analysised on the basic of what it is. The most important part is the last part which is about the improvement of the escape's theory and legislation. I give some advice, and hope that would be help.
