As the construction of our country's socialist market economy is going deep and perfect continuously, enterprise sales becomes the crucial point of enterprise development. Some western classical theories have been lead into the marketing and construction of sale channel gradually. The theories combined with domestic actual condition and practices, have formed the management mechanism of sale channel that has Chinese characteristic. The Huaya Plastic Company was established in 1994 .It is a company that has TAIWAN capital background. After near 10 years growing and operating, Huaya Plastic Company have formed a successful system about sale channel management .The system have gotten better record in the aspect of raising enterprise market to possess rate and famous degree.The author of this paper achieved a lot of experience from 8 years' working at a company of Huaya Plastic Company's investor. Huaya Plastic Company's sale strategy is been investigated and analysis in this report.The sale system was based on domestic and actual condition; the initial stage is made for area sole sale. According to operation state, it is made with sole sale mainly and key area several sales. In operation insist dealer strictly to buy outright before picking up goods and must endure the method that dealer sells .In the other way, through various method, Huaya Plastic Company have trained a batch of excellent dealers. But in operation this mechanism also expose for dealer loose control to occur Huaya Plastic Company's dealer agency similar products of other factory, flee goods, internal malice competition and dealer average quality low.This paper points out the problem and the good qualities of Huaya Plastic Company's sale strategy. According to existent problem, the author suggests several improvement that includes strengthening sale channel management, improve the innovation of sale channel, carry out dealer appraisement and integration analysis, emphasize dealer encourage etc. method, and have given explanation and exposition.
