Moral beliefs as the basic manifestations of faith is that people who under the guidance of the concept mobilize their moral awareness, moral emotion, moral will and other psychological factors to believe in and practice the value of moral ideals and moral obligation.With its transcendence, the sacred and the Internal mandatory characteristics , moral beliefs maintain their high moral authority , providing direction and motivation to set the main goal and realize the value of social subjects ,and also promote consciously abide by the ethical and consciously perform of moral obligations.With the accelerating process of globalization and the deepening of social reforms, the Chinese traditional ethics and regulatory system has also been seriously impacted ,but scientific ethics and regulatory system which should be well-suited to the development of contemporary Chinese society has not been truly established.In this situation, it is difficult to practice and maintain the morality which should rise to a high degree of belief for the Chinese people whose spiritual world may get into a great emptiness, confusion and even fear, and whose choice behavior shows the chaotic even the situation away from the goal, and then it triggered a crisis of moral belief。The mainly manifestation of moral crisis of faith is that the faith nothingness which incurred by the social subjects to suspect and ignore the moral object ; the anomie in behavior choice which incurred by obscure moral evaluation criteria;the behavioral distortions which incurred by bias of moral value orientation and the collapse of the social credit system.Therefore, it is necessary to scientifically construct the China's current ethical system to help people establish a correct view of moral beliefs, to achieve comprehensive development of human being , to achieve the goals which is social stability and long-term stability of the country.The key of scientific moral belief systems construction is that people should take ethics as a faith deeply rooted among the society and then consciously accept the guidelines and constraints by the moral standards The reconstruction of moral beliefs must be based on the principle which is unity of theory and practice , promotion of openness and innovation, combining of education and force, accentuating the point and also stressing practical results.The goal of the establishment of moral beliefs should be suit to the socialist market economy, and in harmony with socialist democracy and also be consistent with the socialistic govern-of-law concept.The formulation of ethics code should be based on China's national conditions using the Marxist theory as a guide, embobying characteristics of the times, reflecting the needs of contemporary public morality.The best way to improve the construction of Moral beliefs is that we should use pick up useful experience, education, supervision, enforcement and other models to construct the moral faith of social members.Speaking concretely ,first , we should develop a market economy, and reform the irrational distribution system, and also take more foucus on social equity when developing economic;second ,we should improve the democratic system, and establish long-term monitoring of early warning mechanisms, and also divert moral issues occurred in the field of social in time;third,we should work out sophisiticated legal system, and regulate conduct effectively which go against ethics, and provide strong back to moral construction protect ,and also closely linked to social development reality ;fourth,we should keep close links with social development reality,and establish scientific and reasonable system of moral standards to ensure that public behavior to follow;fifth,we should strengthen ideological and moral education, through education and guidance to make sure that people can establish moral beliefs in the field of thinking;last,we should pay attention to the social environment and highlight a typical example to promote moral sentiments of the whole society.
