Green procurement is the pattern which on the basis of the traditional government procurement, adding environmental requirements to the procurement of products, to achieve resource conservation and protection of the environment, and ultimately to achieve economic and social sustainable development. China's government green procurement is still in the initial stage, the legal system is not perfect.
