On The Extant Problem And Improvement In China About The System For Reducing

Systeem for reducing is an important content of our criminal enforcement regime. It plays an important role in the criminal justice practice.However, because of design of the legislative shortcomings, the system for reducing has many unreasonable aspects during the enforcement in the practice.And the problem seriously hinder the coherent function of system for reducing, it can not play effectively and achieve penalty benefits in the practice. This paper attempts to have in-depth discussion about the system for reducing from theory and practice , and try to make system for reducing become more perfect, more reasonable, and meet the purpose of execution requirements of modern society.
