Research On The Social Stability Mechanism In China's Economic Reform

With China's reform and opening, the implementation of social class interests constantly adjust process, it broke original social benefit pattern, broke the social benefits of average condition. It brought to public interests, while it cause the public interests gap among people. Social contradiction each has its origin, but with all our country executes from planned economy to market economy system transformation is closely related to the background of social stability. They produced negative impact what is could not ignored, either because the unfair distribution of benefits and social members of relative parts, deprived of unemployment caused by pressure low-income life, or for corruption and cadres, tension value conflicts caused by the social atmosphere of decline in Chinese society, etc., to bring new instability. Correctly handle the current social contradictions, and actively seek to maintain social stability, measures, is our most urgent task facing.In this paper, the social and economic reform in China, this is mainly focused on social stability mechanism that includes four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly including the research significance. The research review and related concepts, especially the social conflict and social stability of the concept and the dialectical relations between related. The second part is since the reform and opening up China social instability phenomena, mainly based on the different stages of the social development in China from 1978 to 1984, divided,1984-1992,1992-2000 and after 2000, and the four phases of each stage of social instability phenomena. Part III analyzes the causes of social instability. The inequitable distribution of the article separately from the results, lack of credibility of the Government and the Government's own capacity-building lags behind three aspects are analyzed, it is pointing out that the unfair distribution of the fruits of economic reform led to uneven development in all aspects is an important factor in social instability, and the Government policy errors and lack of capacity led to social instability is another important factor.
