| Since reform and opening, China is accelerating the pace of social transformation. China's social transformation has multiple historic mission, this characteristic determines the transition period is often the social conflicts frequently occurred. Western developed countries during the past hundreds of years the process of development of the various contradictions and problems encountered, we have 30 years of reform and opening up, especially in the new century and new stage will be met.
