Since The Ruling Communist Party's Policy On Taiwan

It is long before that Taiwan is a Chinese holy part. Based on historical origin and International Laws, the fact that Taiwan's sovereignty belongs to the People's Republics of China is unquestionable. The essence of Taiwan problem is the china's domestic affair. After the foundation of the People's Republic of China, every generations of the leaders of the Chinese Communist Party, from Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin to Hu Jintao, all made effort and enploration to solve this problem and push on the process of unifying the country for a long time. Based on the main factors(Mainland,Taiwan,America) affecting Taiwan problem in different historical stage, the changes based on the relations and the features of the overall situations abroad and inland, the leaders put forward the policies to resolve this problem and held tightly the developing direction and took the initiative right in dealing with this problem.This paper's first chapter analyzes the historical policy on taiwan, summerizes the policy. The second chapter, according to the first chaptcr analyses the influencing factors of the policy's changes. The third Chapter analyzes the peace and development policy, including the difficulties and problems and provides some suggestions. The forth chapter analyzes the relation between the peaceful development policy and peaceful reunification policy,and emphasizes the ultimate goal of resolving the taiwan question is to achieve the peaceful reunification.Based on the Chinese Community Party's Taiwan policy has been adopted by a summary and analysis, the influence of party's Taiwan policy of factors and characteristics are analyzed. And focus on analyzing the theme of cross-strait relations at this stage——the policy of peaceful development's proposing and meanings. And the influence to achieve the ultimate goal of peaceful development---- the peaceful reunification's the potential risks. Finally, analyzing the ultimate goal of the party's policy is to come to the complete reunification of the motherland.
