On The Rule Of Law Perspective Attorney Culture Of China

Prosecution culture is a very complex social phenomenon. The concept of prosecution contains very cultural content. "All problems arise from cultural issues. All the problems can be resolved by the cultural causes." This essay is based on the consideration of prosecution culture in China and gives several thoughts on the construction of it.The essay is divided into three parts:Part I:The concept of prosecution culture including its scope being concerned, its characteristics and the importance of construction are analyzed and explained.Part II:It is important to sort out the history of Chinese prosecution culture and its heritage, as well as the evolvement after Public Republic of China is founded. The essay also summarizes the main issues existed in current prosecution culture.Part III:From the perspective of the current rule of law, the essay gives everal suggestions on how to develop new prosecution culture on the level of material culture, system culture, behavioral cultural, and spiritual cultural dimensions.
