Analysis Of The Fundamental Value Of Customary Law Of Li Ethnic Minority

As we all know, the customary law is developing from the habit which evolved from taboo which grows out of the totemism of primitive religion. This is a common process of development of the law which is also being adequate to the development of the customary law of Li ethnic minority. As the original resident in Hainan, they have no character. The customary law of Li ethnic minority, was generated in Li ethnic minority's daily life which has existed for thousand years, play a very important role in maintain the ethics'order, promote national stability and development of the region. So the customary law of Li ethnic minority could be called as a living fossil of history of evolution of law. Therefore, do the research of customary law of Li ethnic minority will brings great significance in both of understanding of social development and the evolution of human society.This dissertation which is mainly by arranging the survey materials of Li ethnic minority and reading the relevant information or writings, based on legal theory and social reality of china, absorbing helpful international achievements of the legal system, in order to facilitate the research of the value of Li ethnic minority.This thesis through which analyzing the concept of harmony of the Li ethnic minority, order, good faith, community based and high status of women, so as to have an preliminary understanding about the Li ethnic minority. From the customary of Li ethnic minority, we can conclude three points, that is less resources better legal harmony, regulate good faith by using law and analyzing the women's liberation with the perspective of women principle, which provides us a different angle of thinking about how to build our socialist harmonious society. My innovation is that from the study of value which is embodied in the legal system of customary law of Li ethnic minority to enhance human understanding of legal development and inspiring our current construction work of harmonious socialist legal system.
