Flexible-term labor contract, as one of the legal types of labor contract, has become the main form of labor contract in many countries. Much attention has been paid to it since the implement of Labor Contract Law in our country. For the contrainment of short-term labor contract, the regulations about flexible-term labor contract have been disruptive modified by the Labor Contract Law. That will protect the rights and interests of laborers better. But some problems are discovered at the same time. The sighing rates of flexible-term labor contract doesn't increase in the expected way. The avoiding of flexible-term labor contract is a serious problem. Labor dispatching and other employment modle are sometimes used by the employers to avoiding their obligation of sighing flexible-term labor contract. The related right relief of the labors are faceing some difficulties. There are some reasons involved, including the congnition factors of people, the deficiency in legislation, the particularity of labor relations and the lack of supporting measures. In order to build the labor relations steadily and harmoniously, some suggestions are put forward. It's important to set up the new legislative idea. The flexible-term labor contract system should be improved in some ways. Establishing the interest coodination mechanisms and diversifying the ways of dispute resolution are also useful to the widespread application of flexible-term labor contract...
