The widespread use of Internet technology promote the field of human culture changed dramatically, it makes the human limitations of time and space completely broken so that people on the Internet have a free, fast, convenient way to exchange information.However, the rapid development of Internet technology caused great difficulties to the modern law, a series of rights is different from traditional forms, such as Internet domain name rights, copyrights,Internet privacy, network virtual property rights.Network virtual property as a specific product of online games is gradually showing its tremendous economic value, its own social impact is also growing.It has increasingly presented a humane, valuable, professional technology and transaction-based. However, there is no specific legislation related to network virtual property protection in today's China.
