(a) the common parts of the construction and use characteristics, (b) analyzes the property from the perspective of the Property rights, (c) analyzes the property rights structures from the perspective of the subject, object and content of the right.Part III analyzes the establishment, modification and elimination of exclusive use of the common sections of condominium.(a)the establishment of exclusive use from the establishment of subject, object and the way in setting up the three aspects, (b) the subject modification and the object modification, (c) the exclusive use is eliminated if the elimination of conditions of contract and legelly elimination of the reasons is achieved.Part IV explores the practice of exclusive use of the common sections of condominium. (a)Parking garage on the issue, the flat roof problems and external problems are analyzed, (b) proposals on legislation and register are made to perfect the system.
