The third one analyzed the characteristics of virtual property and claimed the virtual property have usefulness, scarcity, controllability. The fourth one established the civil legal status of virtual property, and identified it as a legitimate civil property. The fifth one analyzed the ownership of virtual property, that it should belong to all gamers. The main purpose of this part is to propose question, and through the issues lend to the following discussion.The chapter two analyzed the civil law property of virtual property which based on the logic basis of the first chapter. This paper analyzed the properties of virtual property on the various theories, and it is defined as the information property rights. This part is the core of the article.The chapter three listed some typical cases in reality, and analyzed that civil law protection of virtual property is necessary. Then the article generalized the types of disputes and the focus of controversy.The chapter four comparative analyzed the virtual property protection in China or in foreign countries and other areas, and then summarized the inadequacy of our legislation.The chapter five put forward proposals for improving our laws which including both the legislative and judicial, to achieve on the most comprehensive protection of virtual property.
