A Study On The Safety Management Of Primary And High School

With the continuous development of society, the conception of building a harmonious society, a harmonious campus has gradually been recognized. It's in legal form to give education the historic mission of "cultivate an innovative spirit and practical ability of senior expertise, the development of science, technology and culture, promoting the socialist modernization drive." Schools are the main executors of this task, therefore, it's an important task to ensure the safety of the campus, comprehensive development of children. School safety is a systematic project, not only national legislation should be part of it, but also local governments should emphasis on school safety and take charge. How to divide responsibility and accountability for school safety, and to mobilize every part of the project to play a relevant role, and to make clear standards for school safety and accident compensation, also, to prevent school safety incidents, those are important and urgent issues wait for us to solve.In this study, starting from the educational perspective of law, right to share management responsibility of our school safety issues studied by the state goverment, local governments, schools, families in the school security issues to protect the rights, obligations, responsibilities and other issues related to the investigation, analysis of the factors behind, in this based on security management system of the school building, making sound management of our school security measures and systems of construction safety management work to promote the school's further development.The study is divided into five chapters: Chapter I is an introduction covering the background, significance, literature review, research methods, research content, research route description. The second chapter is the basic theory of management of school safety research. The third chapter is the analysis of the status of school safety management. Chapter IV is a school safety management system of burden-sharing, accountability from the main school safety, school safety accident compensation standards and shared responsibility and accountability for school safety incidents to explore three aspects. Chapter V is the construction of school safety ledger management system.
