A Study Of Minority Development Problem Under The Vision Of Constructing Harmonious Society

Setting up socialism harmonious society reflects our Party's further understanding on knowing the social development regulation, socialism construction regulation and communist ruling regulation. From multi-national state of our country,the development of each minority nations and present condition of development of national region, the development of each nation's joint prosperity is the important meaning of constructing the middle-class society and setting up harmonious society, and is also our Party's beginning point and ending point of national policies and natinal works . Therefore, promoting the development of minority nations is not only the foundation of setting up harmonious society but also objective request of the essence of socialism harmonious society.Drawing from the basics of the former people's research result and from the point for actual circumstance of influencing setting up harmonious society because of slow development of our country's minority nations, the author studies developing problems of minority nations under visual field of setting up harmonious society. From the theories contacting actual analysis, the author importantly elaborates the necessary functions of the development of minority nations being indispensable to setting up harmonious society.This angle of view is also article's innovation.The thesis includes three parts: First part elaborates the relation between setting up harmonious society and the development of minority nations, and points out that the development of minority nations is the foundation of setting up harmonious society and is also essencial request of socialism harmonious society.Second part analyses the present conditions of the development of minority nations and national region in our country, and points out great achievement obtained by the development of minority nations national region nation under the support and help of the country and forerunner nations. But, because of many reasons such as history,nature and society etc., there is still great margin between the development of nations and the development regions, performing at economy, culture, society, education and so on.This is not only an economic problem, and also is a political issue. Therefore, if not having our country's each minority nations'development, there will not be the realization of our country's modernization,will not be overall realization of middle-class society and will not be real realization of socialism harmonious society.Third part discussed the persistence of minority nations'prosperity development and promoting harmonious progress of the society. From the combination between macro view and tiny view, the author lays claim that making good and enough use of Party's and nation's special policies of developing minority nations, orchestrating and taking care of good and quick development of minority nations economic society, is the root condition and important outlet of realization of minority nations prosperity development, also is the premise and foundation of promoting harmonious progress of our country society.
