The Study Of Deng Xiaoping's Outlook On Development And Its Historical Value

Scientific outlook on development is the general view and the fundamental point of view on the development of the nature, purpose, meaning and requirements. Development is a historical category, which has its own objective laws of development, whose essence is changing and changing with historical development. In a sense, Deng Xiaoping's outlook on development can be considered as a scientific theory of China's reform and a practical experience, which not only guided a successful development in China, but also is constantly enriched and improved itself.The present study adheres to the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, uses a method including the union of history and logic and explores the formation of Deng Xiaoping's outlook on development that reveals its historical conditions, characteristics of the times and the formation of the development process through defining the development and categorizing the international modern and contemporary outlook on development. The content of Deng Xiaoping's outlook on development is mainly from the development of objective Chinese conditions (or objective conditions, mainly referring to the nature of the development content and the current conditions and background environment), the development of practical means (ie, all the way to development, means strategy, etc.) and achievements in three aspects that are the first level of knowledge for the development including the nature of development, stage and vision; the second level for the development of methodology including development of directions, approaches, strategies, center, condition, power, efficiency, costs, coordination sustainability; the third level of hierarchy for the development value including the development of the main target and nature. Based on the structure of Deng Xiaoping's outlook on development, the present study finds out that Deng Xiaoping's outlook on development has significant characteristics: a distinctive and unique integrity, a clear strategic, a highlighting pragmatic and the profound dialectic. These three levels constitute an interdependent and systematical content of Deng Xiaoping's outlook on development.At present, China is in the critical stage of socialist modernization. Thus, in-depth study of Deng Xiaoping's view of development has great theoretical and practical significance for us to grasp the origin and the nature of Scientific Outlook on Development, to comprehensively implement Scientific Outlook on Development, to build a socialistic harmonious society, and to unswervingly follow socialist modernization development path with China characteristics.
