Political culture is the closest to the political party system in political system. Any political party system founds and develops in a specific political cultural environment. It generates under the specific political and cultural background, and develops in certain political culture. At present, China's political culture is mixed. The infiltration of Western political culture accelerates the deconstruction of the traditional political culture and challenges our dominant political culture. This state demands new improvements on building our political culture. Moreover, the status of political cultural causes a certain influence to the construction of our party system. The political party system in China faces new problems and challenges under the current political cultural background, including the "legitimacy" of political party system, the absence of a democratic and Virtual home of the law, these do not conducive to improve and develop our political party system. Therefore, we must treat the Chinese traditional political culture and political culture of Western correctly, handle the relationship between our socialist-led political culture with them well, insist on Marxism as our guide, absorb Western political cultural factors in effective participation, develop the thought of serving for people in the traditional culture and the sprits of difference, build socialism political culture with Chinese characteristics, and promote the development of contemporary China's political party system.
