In recent years, as China's auto finance company's development, "Regulations auto finance company" (hereinafter called "measures") and "car finance company management methods implementation details" promulgated in 2003 can not meet the needs of development. In 2008, China has promulgated and implemented a new approach"car finance company management approach."New "way" expands the scope of business car finance company and broadens the financing. Even the auto finance company's turnover be increased substantially did not take long. However, the auto finance companies in our country are still faced with complex situations. Under such circumstances, how to effectively monitor and control these risks become extremely important. This paper analyzes the foreign auto finance companies and supervision of the development process of the status quo as well as our country's. At the same time, it also points out some problems of supervision exists in China's current auto finance companies. These issues include: market access threshold is too high, tight control of business scope, risk control system is imperfect and so on. And to address these issues, the paper put forward a sound regulatory system of China's auto finance company's recommendation that to relax the market access conditions, and expand the business scope and increase the risk of automobile credit contracts supervision, to speed up the construction of China's credit system.In order to promote the development of Chinese automobile finance industry, we should learn from foreign auto finance company supervision of the advanced experience, combined with China's national conditions, establish and gradually improve China's automobile finance company monitoring system.
