The human rights issue is a sensitive topic, observe and study situation of the protection of human rights in a country and a social, are not look at how the human rights of high-level people, but the contrary, people going to study the protection of human rights of vulnerable groups in the bottom of society. Facing the state machinery, criminals, are also to a special vulnerable groups, the rights they have been not deprived would be violated vulnerably. The unsuccessful protection of human rights, will seriously affect the situation of the protection of a country's human rights.The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is Introduction, I introduce the background and significance of the topic, literature review and evaluation, the structure and content of the article and research methods and innovation. The second chapter is the Basic Theory of Criminals' Human Rights, begin with the concept of criminals'human rights, I introduce the features and content of it and mark the realm of this thesis. The third chapter is International Protection of the Criminals' Human Rights, I introduce the provisions of international conventions on human rights and relevant UN documents on the protection of criminals'human rights and development of practice of international criminals'human rights, outlining the picture of international protection of criminals' human rights. The fourth chapter is Protection of Criminals'Human Rights Conditions in China, after introduced the achievements in the protection of criminals'human rights in China, I analyse the deficiencies of protection of criminals'human rights in China. The fifth chapter is the Idea of Develop the Protection of Criminals' Human Rights in China, promote the international legislation of protection of criminals' human rights implement in the domestic and establish the mechanism of the court make judicial review for prison management, the two ideas could raise the level of protection of criminals' human rights. The sixth chapter is Conclusion, summary of the article.The contribution of this thesis lies in the Idea of Develop the Protection of Criminals' Human Rights in China. Promote the international legislation of protection of criminals' human rights implement in the domestic and establish the mechanism of the court make judicial review for prison management, the two ideas are innovative.
