Legal Research On Governmental Responsibility Of Rural Assistance In China

Three Rural Problem has got hitherto unknown taking seriously attention in China today.Found rural social assistance system on one hand is beneficial to ensuring a peasant fundamental survival rights,anotheraspect is also beneficial to social stability in rural areas.Therefore rural social assistance is the great project to farmers and countryside. At the present stage the constructions of our governmental responsibilities urgentneeds to be perfected.It is not only required that we break through in the rural assistance system deep in deep,but also theoretical innovation.
