With our country's actual situation, we will make stylization on the parking spaces, and then respectively conduct a detailed analysis on its right. On this basis, we will get further discussion of parking spaces to achieve, use and transfer of problem.The introduction of the Real Right Law provides a legal basis for the ownership of the rights of community parking space, but in real life the disputes are very complicated, so relying solely on Real Right Law and the judicial interpretation to resolve the disputes about the parking problem is not easy. What is the legal nature of residential parking spaces? Which parking spaces are the developers can sell? If the sale, how do the parking spaces in the right people exercise such rights issues? In this article, the author will make analysis and research on these issues.
