Car has become an essential part of daily life, the gradual increase in the area of private cars, parking become a problem, the ownership of residential parking spaces in the dispute also more and more. The practice as the starting point, through the study of different types of residential parking spaces ownership, of controversial residential parking spaces were analyzed, then contact practice in parking position problems, and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing legal provisions exist, realize the perfect our country laws and regulations set, to resolve ownership disputes, purpose of building the harmonious environment for parking spaces. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is an overview of residential parking spaces, mainly introduces the concept of residential parking spaces, which have a brief introduction to the parking spaces.The second part is the ownership of residential parking spaces.
