Social norms variety, including ethics, economic, political, legal norms, one of the most mandatory and normative legal norms and law is due to the mandatory and maneuverability can be adjusted fertility behavior is the most effective means. Legal norms is composed by a more systematic legal department of family system, due to its private interests sexual behavior and should be included civil rights system, the only way for people to create a healthy and orderly, regulate the environment.
