The Research Of Constraints Of Network Morals

In the modern times, with the rapid development of science and technology and the arriving of"the Times of Informantion", as a novel means of transferring information and new carrier of culture exchanging of human being , while web has a promotive effect on the economy, culture ,technology and the development of society of our country, but it also results in many problems about network morals, such as the phenomenon of wed crime, the pollution of wed information and tort in wed,etc. These phenomena not only hold back the improvement of the social ethos, but also endanger the security of web own and the development of web civilization. To this issue, our party and government and all social sectors have focused on and worried about, and the netizens are identifical with such issue, and making a constraints for immoral network behavior is becoming an urgent problem.With the guidance of the theory of Marxism and integrating theory with practice, to provide some valuable reference for the constraints of network morals in our country and promote the sharp improvement of the circumstance of networks and the conformation of good social atmosphere. ,it analyzed and elaborated deeply the current situation, the reasons and the means to work out such problem of misbehavior of the network morals in our country.The paper consisted of three chapters. Chapter One is to introduce meaning of"network morals","the constraints of network morals"and the importance of"the constraints of network morals". Chapter Two is to it analyzed deeply the current situation, the reasons of misbehavior of the network morals in our country. Chapter Three is to discuss the means to achieve the constraints of network morals and put forward that ,to solve such probelm,our government and people should draw on the experience of the means to realize the constraints of network morals from the developed countries, strengthen the education of network morals and improve the regulation system of network behavior.
