With the development of network technology, network morals becomes a new hot topic of Ethics, and the research of network morals gradually find it's way in the main research fields of Practical Ethics because of the greater impact from the new world of computer and network on the material practice and thoughts of mankind. Now, the problem is, how can we obtain a deeper understanding on network morals within such a limited problem research scope? Thus we are required to study carefully the theory and practice of network morals from different views. However, the developing network society makes any existed related theory to-be-perfected, and those overall but not detailed discussions just fail us to understand the essence of the network morals. Therefore, it is wise for us to analyze the network moral from a few important limited elements. Here, the author firstly provides the denotation of the network society and its virtual, endless-in-time-and-space and open features. Secondly, the author displays such moral problems in network society as net privacy and net crimes on the basis of analyzing the features of network moral as well as peoples' moral attitudes toward the network society.
