This Master's thesis"The Belief of Contemporary Chinese law studies—On the value orientation and compliance of Contemporary Chinese Constitution",is under the horizon of Marxism in China, study contemporary Chinese political issue that the Constitution as the fundamental beliefs, so Tring to establish fundamental Marxism Concept of political values. This political concept of value orientation is the enrichment and development to theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, has important theoretical significance. At the same time, this concept of political values, is building a moderately prosperous society and realizing the great rejuvenation of the spiritual power of great practical significance.To nurture, strong citizen belief in laws ,the primary problem is to solve the problems of people's belives in Constitution. Contemporary China's current constitution is the fundamental law of our country,is Political follows of our country.Therefore, this article from the perspective of Marxism in China ,start to framework"the value orientation and compliance of Contemporary Chinese Constitution" according to the main point of writing them. By interpreting the Constitution of contemporary China, especially in the general part of the Constitution in order to explain the current constitution of contemporary China and its main contents of the fundamental properties; Analysis many "attacks" and "challenges" of Constitution's guiding ideology - Marxist ideology have received ,and analysis Situation of marginalization of Political system under the constitutional norms;Finally, Proposed and demonstrated approachs of the Constitution believe of Contemporary Chinese citizens, And then establishment of Marxist political values of citizens.Full-text including the preface and the body, a total of four parts.Foreword main defines the key concepts of this article; discusses the topics of theory and practice significance; discusss the status of academic research on this subject; describes the basic framework of this article and the main point; illustrates research methods and innovations.Text is divided into three parts.The first part, the constitution value oriention of contemporary Chinese law belives. The main contents include: Contemporary Chinese Constitution and the political follow; the dominant ideology and political system under the Contemporary Chinese constitutional norms; contemporary China to follow the constitution and political values. Marxism is the dominant ideology recognized by contemporary China's current Constitution; contemporary China's political system is the most important elements of current constitution.
