Research On The Status And Countermeasures For Civil Educational Implementation In Our Country

As for the inadequate development of civil education in our country, it seems that the comparatively lower level of the citizens'qualities has become the influential factor to limit china's modernization process. Under this situation, based on retrospect of our contemporary civil education implementation status, it is of great theoretical and practical importance to find out the specific way to improve the efficiency of civil education implementation in our country. Besides, by means of making clear of its connotation and re-building up its comprehensive content and scientific approach, also perform a decisive function in the process of china's modernization transformation and the harmonious society's building.The whole thesis includes four major parts. In the beginning part, mainly takes the connotation of modern citizenship and civil education as a point of penetration. Then with the second part of introduction of the history of the civil education in our country, re-emphasize the significance of promotion civil education contemporarily. In the following, by analyzing the survey of teenagers'citizen quality as a representative, clarify the traditional political culture origin and realistic reasons that leading to the long-time deficiency of our civil education implementation, so as to establish a theoretical foundation for the further research. Finally in the central part of the thesis, discuss about the building of civil education content system, objects system, assessment system and the constructing of harmonious environment that consists of government, school, family, and communities. In a word, in the fourth part, the thesis aims at finding out the detailed pattern for the civil education implementation in our country, by means of exercisable solutions to urgently improve the overall level of civil consciousness and civil virtue.
