Problems And Solution To The Implementation Of Citizen Education Of Our Country At Present

Citizen education is to set up and offer the qualified education to citizens, on the basis of emphasis on the critical pondering on the relationship between the individual and nation, social, collective, to call to the targeted people for participating self-consciously in the politics, enjoying the rights stipulated by the nation and taking on the relevant duty, hence to produce the harmony between not only individual and public ideology, but individual and public benefit. Citizen education not only defines the fundamental standard fro moral education, becomes the bridge between the character of transcendence and reality and solves the contradiction, but also contributes to the solution to the problem concerning the relationship between the individual and public benefit for traditional moral education.With the construction of socialism market economy system and the development of political democratization, the ideology of democracy and nomocracy has been gradually becoming the faith of Chinese, and the educational quality has also been intensively and widely enhanced. Under this circumstance, whether in the aspect of content or method, the traditional moral education, which is facing unprecedented shock, can't meet the requirement of the times. The solution to the problem is to break the shackle on the traditional moral education system and intensify the citizen education, by which the consciousness of the citizen can be strengthened so as to cultivate their ideology of democracy and legal wakening.This dissertation further clarifies the content of citizen education, and on the basis of absorbing the int'l research and practice achievements, makes the proposition that in the pre-requisite of compliance with citizen education development rule, exploration on citizen education should be carried out in the practical aspect both with several pieces of advice.
