Research On The Coordination And Balance Of Social Strate Interset In Wenzhou

With the deepening of China's socialist market economic system reform, profound changes have taken place both in the structure and interest relationships between all social strata. Benefit polarization is becoming more serious, therefore contradictions and conflicts are unavoidable when each social stratum pursues their interest. Wenzhou is a typical case for us to analyze the above topic.In this paper, we focus on the coordination and balance of social strata interest in Wenzhou. Since the rise of industrialization, industrial structure has changed in Wenzhou, and it brought about changes in occupational structure, finally led changes to social strata. New social strata thus generated. Wenzhou's social structure constructs on its industry, rich in material and poor in cultural is its salient characteristic. Social stratification in Wenzhou makes the interests of various social strata contradictions and conflicts of interest emerged: the gap between rich and poor has widened; conflicts between private enterprise owners and workers become obviously; group events and instability affairs increased. The results of these contradictions and conflicts are many reasons: the absence of the policy is the substantive root-cause; ownership structure change is the primary cause; the industrial structure change is the main reason; distribution change is the direct cause; interest concept change is the resultant ideological reasons. Thus, facing the profound changes in social structure, and rising conflicts between social strata, we must take out effective measures to coordinate interest conflicts in Wenzhou.Gradually, we should establish a harmonious social structure, formulate right policies to guide correct interests concept between all strata. The most important thing is to establish a sound co-ordination mechanism, including the interests of expression, the distribution of benefits, benefit the interests of restraint mechanism, and guide Wenzhou community towards the healthy, stable and harmonious direction. How to coordinate and balance the interests of different social strata is an important issue, not only in theoretical circles but also urgent in the current economic and social development. The study on this issue has significant meaning.
