Research On Housing Problem Of Landless Peasants In Domestic Urban Village

As the acceleration of China's urbanization process, the number of landless peasants in domestic urban village is increasing and more social problems have become increasingly prominent. In the light of above cases how to solve the problem of housing placement for landless peasants has become a major problem.In this paper, first it focuses on the present situation of housing placement for landless peasants. From the analysis of China's current policies set to presentation and analysis of housing placement of domestic landless peasants overview and the circumstances situation in city Taiyuan and Qingdao. It summed up the main issues for the housing placement of landless peasants facing: insufficient resettled funding from government; construction and demolition placement policy is not sustainable; landless peasants with limited investment channels, as well as ill-defined property rights and other issues.Secondly, the emphasis on analysis that led to the root causes of the above questions is the crux of this article. Specifically, the backwardness of the land requisition system leading to ill-defined public interest. The compensation standard is still low, the main responsibility for placement was not sufficiently clear and the distribution of land acquisition compensation and unfair. Simultaneously because placement mechanism is not complete, so that the housing placement model is not scientific enough, demolition and placement rate of non-uniform, non-sustainability of the placement policy, resulting in the urbanization process in the interactive mechanism disorders, coupled with the lack of landless peasants own mechanisms and so on, led to the current question of the placement housing, there is an acute challenge.Thirdly, it focuses on the research and analysis of the current status of expropriated peasants housing placement at home and abroad. Of domestic Suzhou farmers were selected apartments and the Pearl River Delta region, outside the U.S. reconstruction of the old settlements, as well as the transformation of the Brazilian slum placement arising from the housing issue as a focus on analysis of to identify suitable for China's actual conditions and favorable experience.Final, the paper proposes to solve the housing placement of countermeasures and proposals. First of all, a clear housing for the basic principles to be followed; second, by improving related systems, so that governments, developers, landless farmers and landless peasants of the village where the multi-party collaboration collective organization to establish a mechanism to express the interests of landless peasants to establish a sound lost territory peasant housing transformation mechanism, improve and perfect the rural land property rights system and ultimately further improve the housing settlement patterns and promote the steady development of a socialist harmonious society.
