Therefore, based on the status of landless peasants, in the view of the legal system of land acquisition in the existing problems and shortcomings, and to the legal system of the land acquisition and construction of the social security system is perfect and very necessary.The majority of landless peasants are not only the loss of land, but also the loss of the basic livelihood guarantee the rights, employment rights, property rights and other relevant rights, the loss of its main makes the peasants to become the verge of the crowd, as neither the farmers nor the public, with legitimate rights and interests are infringed. In the land acquisition purposes, "public interest" should be clearly definited, and carrying out a nonprofit land acquisition and management for charging system. In the process of land expropriation and compensation, the farmers should be given equal democratic rights, realization of an open, fair and just. Landless peasants establish a sound social security system, the establishment of the social security fund of landless peasants, and to be effective operation and supervision. According to different parts of the level of economic development, and gradually establish a landless peasants minimum livelihood guarantee system, the legal system of social endowment insurance, medical security system, employment training and legal aid system, so that urban and rural landless peasants gradually integrated into orbit.
