Research On China's Green Packaging Legislation

How to regulate the packing behavior, define, limit and control excessive packaging, handling packaging waste is to develop recycling economy and building a conservation-oriented and environment-friendly society needed to solve problems.This article focused on analysis of China's existing environmental protection laws and systems for packaging requirements, introduced in Germany, the United States, Japan and other countries in the Basic Law provisions on packaging and sum up experience and learn from foreign experience by improving the legal requirements of packaging in order to find a solution to over - packing means, thus reducing the waste of resources, promote the development of environmental protection. This article includes introduction, body and conclusion. The body is divided into four parts, the main contents are:Part I: starting from the basic theory, defining the concept of green packaging, green packaging analysis of the meaning, characteristics, and classification of green packaging.Part II: Introduction of China's existing legislation relating to packaging requirements. This in part through the analysis of the relevant legal provisions and pointed out that China's existing legislation, a problem in packaging requirements are: norms and constraints of the legal provisions packaging behavior is limited; right packaging is too principles, the lack of operability.Part III: Germany, the United States, Japan and other national legislation on packaging regulations were set out and sum up experience in legislation.Part IV: This section of the core content of this article. Packaging requirements for our problems, drawing on experience of foreign countries, based on the packaging of our existing issues legal advice. In particular, advocated the establishment of standardized packages of specialized law - "Green Packaging Act," and the basic law in particular to build in some of the basic problems of the preliminary study of its guiding ideology, legislative intent, the basic principles, system, framework and put forward concrete proposals in order to pray for our country to establish and improve a certain reference in the legislative package.
