Perfecting The Legal System Of Protecting Children's Right

Children are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation, the protection of children to make them grow up healthily is a major event.This paper first introduce the concept of children to discuss the new type of human rights:the rights of children. Children refer the age under 18 years, the rights of children is not only moral rights but also legal rights, children rights are an important component part of universal human rights. Because of children's own characteristics, the rights of children have its particularity. The 21st century for China to achieve a major strategic goal, we must focus on the protection of the rights of children, creating a good environment to help the healthy growth of children. Without the children's participation, it will become a beautiful bubble. Children will be the builders of tomorrow countries. Therefore, the protection of children rights is the achievement of China's 21 major strategic objectives. China has established a "law on protection of children" and "Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency Act," as the main body of a minor legal system to protect human rights. In the protection of the rights of children has scored achievements. But nearly 10 years on protection of children in many new situations and new problems, the existing protection system has not completely adapt to the development of the situation, a legislative system is not supporting,the law enforcement system is not complete, the juvenile justice system is not perfect, monitoring force is weak and so on. This article on how to improve the legislative protection, establish and improve the juvenile justice system and strengthening social protection of children to point proposals and views.
