Research On Legal Relief System Of China's Commercial Bank Crisis

The crisis relief of the commercial banks refers to restore their solvency and operational capability. The purpose is to rescue the crisis as quickly as possible to prevent the occurrence of systematic crisis, the spread and the deterioration, maintain and restore the securities of finance, protect the depositors and social public interests. The banking crisis relief system is an important mechanism to resolve a banking crisis and an integral part of financial security system. Different measures taken to rescue the crisis make different effects. From the legislations and practice of the foreign countries, there are three main legal systems, the central bank's last resort system, deposit insurance system and the takeover system. The paper is to discuss from the above three systems, in the hope of making some contributions to the crisis relief system of the commercial banks.
