A Study On Objective System Of Contemporary Chinese Soldiers' All-round Development

The all-round development of mankind is a ever lasting topic. Under the backround of the developing contemporary society, more and more attentions have also been paid to the all-round development of soldiers as special group. Soldiers'all-round development is encountering with overwhelming historical opportunities. The objective system of soldiers'all-round development which is the scientific guide and logic starting point of soldiers'all-round development motivates the soldiers develop in all ways. Therefore, to discuss the objective system of soldiers'all-round development is significant for facilitating the soldiers'all-round development, and is one of the urge tasks which are the military political work facing in the new era.As a result of this, the paper tries to effectively gather those forepassed dispersive objectives together to build an objective system of contemporary Chinese soldiers'all-round development.Based on the view of Marxist humanology, firstly this paper introduces the related conceptions of the objective system, concludes its fundamental characters. Then the paper summarizes the historical experiences and tries to correct the mistakes of constructing Chinese soldiers'developing objective after a historical retrospect. On the foundation of systematically analyzing the factors which restrict the objective of contemporary Chinese soldiers'all-round development, the paper clarifies the contents of the objective system including four subobjectives, and according to this, the paper builds the the structure model, finally the paper has discussed how to scientifically construct the objective system of contemporary Chinese soldiers'all-round development. The paper has discussed in the three aspects of establishing guiding principle, constituting macroscopic programming, and consummating related mechanism.
