Research On Japanese Legal System For Container Packaging And Wrapping Reproduction

With the rapid economic growth of our country, people's lives are heavily affected by more and more waste. We can see that container packaging waste accounts for a large part of consumer waste, most of which is recyclable, and we always discard them without separation and recycling. This approach not only pollutes the environment, but also creates a waste of resources, and should seriously dealt with. As is known to all, the best way to solve this environment crisis is recycling. At this point, Japan may supply us with some valuable experiences, considering it has spend a lot of time and fund in dealing with container packaging waste. So, in my personal opinion, based on Japanese existing research, it is a faster and better way for us to establish a relatively perfect recycling system on container packaging waste.The article first briefly describes the background,object and the purpose of the container packaging recycling law in Japan, to explain some basic problems, such as, the purpose of Japan's enactment of the law, what is object of the law, and so on. Then, the article launches an in-depth study on Japanese container packaging recycling system. This part is the core of the whole article:the first part talks on the main content of Japanese container packaging recycling law; the second part attempts to research on the analysis of the problems which should be paid attention to in specific implementation; and the last part introduces the experience of container packaging recycling. These three parts mainly pay attention to the basic process of containers and packaging recycling law,the responsibility and obligation of the relevant subject and characteristic system, supplying us with a whole blueprint of Japanese legal system. Finally, on the basis of reference of Japanese container packaging recycling law, the article suggests that we should pay attention to the planning of specific programs about establishing a relatively perfect legal system on container packaging waste recycling.
