"To take history as the mirror, one can know the reasons for the rise and fall of dynasties". This is a political aphorism that comes from the the wisdom of our Chinese ancestor. In the traditional political culture of China, though the view of state power has never been systemized, it was deep-rooted.Nowadays, we are going to build up a harmonious world throughout the globe and a harmonious society throughout the country. Under such a background, it is of great importance to draw on the wisdom of China's ancient traditional culture and apply it into the external development strategy with an attitude of taking in the useful and discarding the useless. The purpose of this thesis is to provide the external development strategy with local theory support and push forward the development of Chinese school in the international relationship theory.The thesis distinguishes the traditional culture in terms of the regional characteristics, in order to make an effective attempt by sorting out the international political practice,ideas and contemporary values in traditional culture.Part one, introduction. Briefly introduce the background and significance of the selected topic, research review, thinking framework and the creative point.Part two, sum up the four core cultures of Central Plaints, i.e. Technological culture, institutional culture, ideological culture and religious culture, based on the fully affirmation of the historical status of Central Plaints in Pre-Qin Dynasty, and summarize their roles on, the international politics.Part three, take the defining of the international political actor and the explaining of international political system's formation and evolution as the mainline to make an adequate research on the views of Hundred Schools of Thought about state power and their international political practice in the areas of Central Plain culture in Pre-Qin Dynasty.Part four, expound state power views of Confucianism, Taoism, Mohism and Legalism.Part five, make a comparative analysis of the various state power views that came from Confucianism, Taoism, Mohism and Legalism. And focus on the differences and similarities of the four schools' ideas about the state power's origin, structure, enhancement and implementing purpose.Part six, analyze the contemporary value of the Hundred Schools of Thought's state power views in the areas of Central Plain culture in Pre-Qin Dynasty.
