Research On The Reason Of Female Crime At Present And Legal Regulation And Prevention

Mayakovski, a famous poet from Russia said deeply that mother's milk feed all human beings. In people's mind, women are always contact with the image like spring,beautiful or wife and mother, the excellent quality they showed as gentle,kind hearted,industrious and virtuous are praised by people. Generally speaking, women and crime are two irrelevant concepts; people always think crime is a man who has a violent temper, but feel surprise and inconceivable greatly on female crime. However, female crime is a social problem actually existed. In all kinds of crime, female crime focus on respects of hooliganism,stealing,bilking,murdering and human trafficking. Within the development of social production, in the circumstances of reform and open policy, women in our country expended their social association, the stimulation of the information they accepted are increased apparently, the number of female crime raised fast.In the very beginning of life, human are restricted and affected by the social environment, they formed several of thoughts and habits gradually, and gain certain knowledge of life and social experience. However, our society is still not perfect; it does not produce crime on its own. Crime happens because offenders contact the adverse factors existed in the social environment directly. Therefore, discuss the problem of female crime cannot neglect the influence of adverse and harmful reason in the society naturally.From the view of the current situation, female crime appeared rising trend as other crime, and in some area, affected by various kind of factors, female crime even higher than other types of crime. This situation makes us to pay highly attention, on the same way, we have to makes it as a very important aspect in the research of criminology.This article mainly analyses the reason of female crime happens from various kinds of female crime, and discuss all the special features of behavior and psychology of female crime. Thus perfect the legal system, achieve the purpose of prevention of female crime. Chapter one is the outline of female crime. In this chapter, it sum up and analyses the situation of female crime from the aspect of concept and feature, the author thinks female crime is a really important issue that never be neglect in the area of current crime in our country.Chapter two is the development of physical and psychological of women. This chapter is mainly research on the reason of current female crime, especially on the reason and types of crime in our country, the author believe that the reason of female crime is different with other crimes, it is a special kind of crime.Chapter four is the legal regulation and prevention of female crime in our country. This chapter begins from three aspects below :( 1) strengthen the protection of all aspects of benefit for women; (2) focus on domestic violent and legislations related;(3) prevent in all domains of society. Discuss the future prospect of legal regulation and prevention from two aspects on theory and practice.
