The Study Of China's Socialist Human Rights Theory

Human rights issue belongs to an important field in current international political struggle. Over the years, the U.S. State Department has published Country Reports on Human Rights for several times. It discharges and interferes other countries' including China's internal affairs by the standard of the U.S. domestic law, and denies human rights as a country's internal affairs in essence. This thesis puts forward the objective estimate of socialist human right theories by the systematic analysis of the main contents and connotation of China's socialist human rights and detailed explanation of the practice of China's socialist human rights from hot spots at home and abroad and the study of China' socialist human right theories development.This paper can be divided into 5 sections. It puts forward the background and significance of the present subject and reviews the contents of this study.Chapterâ… is on the development of socialist human rights theories. It is the detailed introduction and exposition of the forming background and main content of socialist human right theories including the Marxist theory of human rights theory, Lenin's socialist human rights theory, Mao Zedong' democratic human rights theory and Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin's social human rights theory.Chapterâ…¡is about the main content of China's socialist human rights theory. It introduces the main content of socialist human rights in aspects of the civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights and indicates that the right to subsistence and development is the foremost human right at China's socialist elementary stage. It also points out that underdeveloped productivity is the important factor that restricts socialist human rights practice. Meanwhile, this chapter explains the superiority of socialist human rights, and puts forwards that the ultimate goal of socialism human rights is the realization of human rights for all, which is an unequaled superiority that so-called capitalist country human rights system can't compare.
