The Study Of International Legal System About The Biological Genetic Resources Protection

This paper has collected a large number of first-hand information, based on the focus on "Food and Agriculture International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources", and protection of the rights from farmers, agricultural mode of control of genetic resources protection, regulatory mechanism of these three angles summarized the protection of genetic resources out of agriculture, the international legal system. In those summarized in the legal system, citing a number of representative countries, such as:the Philippines, Peru, the European Union and other countries.
