The Research On Protecting Social Vulnerable Groups' Sports Rights

The social vulnerable groups is a major disadvantaged group in Chinese social transformation period, and theirs questions will be bound to affect the social development. A main reason for their appearance is that the social structure and social environment are changing, and the peasant, peasant workers and the poor resident compose the social vulnerable groups at present. Now, the number of the social vulnerable groups is on the increase, so protecting their lawful right has an important meaning for building the legal and harmonious social. Beijing host 2008 Olympic successfully, and our sports career enters'post-Olympic'period. Though the athletic sports get a good achievement, we find the social vulnerable groups'sport in the social sports has a worse condition.Sports right as the legitimate right for citizens is an important part in the citizens'fundamental rights, but it is a new and developing right, and the social is not paying attention to it compare with the basic living right. In the social transformation period, social vulnerable groups'rights have been ignored easily due to the weak of their social position and the ability to express their interests. So, researching the social vulnerable groups' sports right can find out that the inadequacy of social sports'development. Through the research, we can make the legislative protection clearer for social vulnerable groups'sports right. Thereby perfecting our sports'law and regulations, and advancing sports'career harmoniously.This text uses the research methods of literature, expert interview and comparative analysis, and then researching the social vulnerable groups'sports right in social transformation period to dissect the lack of sports right in their lives. The discussion has two important parts:First, defining the concept about social vulnerable groups and sports right to analyze the cause of their arising and their character, and then expounding that the social vulnerable groups'sports right consists of sports participation, sports study and sports management, etc. From social equality, sports career's development and social develop harmoniously three parts, this text point out that realizing the social vulnerable groups' sports right has an important meaning. Second, this text analyses the main element in affecting the social vulnerable groups'sports development. Then combining to our present sports law and regulation, the social vulnerable groups'sports right development and the expression that invading their sports right to find out some vacancy and insufficient about legislative protection and sports right guaranteed system. There is an idea that protecting the social vulnerable groups'sports right must pursue the right essential equal. It means that protecting their sports right is not only strengthen their quality and consciousness, but also need more help from government and social.All above the analysis, this text think that protecting the social vulnerable groups'sports right needs a lot of measure. First of all, we should perfect the right guaranteed system and legislative protection. Second, we can use the social sports team and transfer other sports resources fully to improve the development of social vulnerable groups' sports.
